OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently shipping to the UK and across most of Europe. We would happily ship elsewhere, so please let us know where you are via email@example.com. Please note that in all cases the purchaser is responsible for any duties levied.
Deliveries within the UK - 3 to 5 working days - £4 - Free of charge for pre-orders and early birds orders
Delivery within Europe (including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy, Portugal) - 3 to 6 working days - £10
We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
The delivery is sent at the delivery’s address indicated by the customer. Thus, the customer must ensure to communicate exact and complete informations concerning the address of delivery (while specifying in particular: house number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers of intercom, etc).
We could not be held responsible for possible errors of input and the consequences in terms of delay or error of delivery, neither could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of transport or delivery not being our fact.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope you enjoy your new Sundown Product.
However if you're not happy with it, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return it. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will then be asked to send back the order at your cost, provided the items have clearly not been used/worn.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns of any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
The return remains your responsibility until we have confirmed receipt of the package. We thus strongly recommend using a tracked delivery option.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in GBP, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
We can only refund via the original method of payment. We cannot compensate for any changes in exchange rate from the time of the original purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will let you know of the procedure.
